Admission Criteria

Students who have passed Second Year of Junior College (H.S.C./XII Std.) examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education are eligible for admission to the first year of Degree College (F.Y.B.Com /B.Sc. /Comp. Sci./I.T.) in the stream in which he/she has passed – the HSC examination.

Student who passed HSC (XIIth Std.) examination conducted by any other statutory Board in India are eligible for admission to F.Y.B.Com /B.Sc., B.Sc.(Comp. Sci), B.Sc.(I.T.) BMS Class provided they produce provisional eligibility certificate obtained from University of Mumbai. However, Passing Certificate Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate from previous Board attended should be submitted before the end of the first term.

Student who passed an examination conducted by college affiliated to any other University and seeking admission to higher class will have to submit the provisional eligibility certificate issued by University of Mumbai and Mark sheet, Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate issued by the previous University before the end of the first term.

Students who have passed F.Y./S.Y.B.Com./B.Sc.Comp/Sci/I.T. examination from other colleges affiliated to University of Mumbai and seeking admission to higher classes in the college will have to submit NOC and Transference certificate from their previous college.


While seeking admission to the first year Class of  Commerce. Student must submit the following duly completed.

  1. Duly filled in admission form wherever applicable.
  2. Eligibility Certificate application form (supplied by the Office).
  3. Original mark-sheet of H.S.C Exam, along with three true copies of the same.
  4. School Leaving Certificate with one true copy of the same.
  5. Prescribed fees in full and in cash.
  6. Student passport size photograph.

Admission is provisional until Enrollment Certificate, Final Eligibility Certificate/Transference Certificate are received by the College.

At the time of admission to all S.Y. and T.Y. Classes it is necessary to produce:

a) Statement of marks of the last examination passed. OR

b) Eligibility Certificate in the case of students having passed an examination of any university other than University of Mumbai.

Students from other Colleges, affiliated to University of Mumbai, seeking admission in this college should produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) from the Principal of the College, last attended and transfer certificates.
